A step beyond Ross’s widely collected Urban Design Series, this series of tall edgy rectangular vessels is inspired by our setting - the landforms and skylines of the Tukairangi valley.
The basalt cliff overlooking our gallery predates more recent Taupo eruptions and is a symbol of both stasis and movement within the earth.
The valley’s surrounding skylines present a reminder of the dynamic yet constant ebb and flow of light and seasons.
